How do I add a business listing?
You will need to sign up for a Yebble account in order to be able to add a listing if you have not already done so. Click on the “Add Listing” button at the top right corner of the page and sign into your account. Or, sign into your account and then click on the “Add Listing” button at the top right corner. Choose your listing package and click on its “Continue” button at the bottom of the listing package details.
How does the “Keep me signed in” work?
The “Keep me signed in” is optional; it saves your username/email address and password so that every time you access the page you will be automatically logged in.
What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, please click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link. The password recovery email will be sent to the email address provided from your Contact Information. The email will contain a link which will redirect you to the ‘Manage Account’ section, where the password can be updated.
How can I change my password?
After you are logged in, click on your username at the top right, then click on “Update Profile.” Scroll to the bottom of the page and under “Update Password” you will be able to create your new password by filling out the fields “New Password” and “Repeat Password”, click on the button “Update profile” and you will be all set.
Am I required to have an account to add items to the site?
Yes. In order to add any item, including Free items, you must have an account.
How can I sign up for an account?
Click on “Join Now” at the top right of the homepage, then at the bottom left corner, click on “Not a member? Sign up”. If adding a listing right away, you can also sign up by clicking on the “+ Add Listing” button at the top right corner and choose your listing package by clicking on its “Continue” button. Then, register along with the submission.
Why am I receiving an ‘Account Locked’ message?
If you attempt to access your account and type in an incorrect password 5 times the account will lock for 1 hour. This is for security reasons.
Am I able to close or delete my account?
Yes. Inside your My Profile in your dashboard, scroll down all the way to see the red “Delete Account” button. Choose your option and click on the “Confirm Deletion” button.
How do I find a business in the directory?
Search by entering a keyword in the search box along with your location and click on the “Search” button. You can also search by category.
How do I update my business details?
